Injector O-ring replacement 200 1980

Going to replace the o-rings on my injectors while the head's at the machines shop. The one at the bottom of the holder is obvious, but what's the best method for pulling the injector out of the holder to get to the inner o-ring? Just bolt the holder to the head (when I get it back) and pull on the injector (this worked accidentally for one)?
