Washer fluid is not spraying!! :( 200 1989

Help!! I have plenty of washer fluid and I can hear the pump...so it must be a clogged tube...but which tubes do I check? I saw a tube that attaches to the top of the engine hood (is that the A/C line?)not sure if that is it. Or is it around the 2 small plastic "boxes" in front of the washer fluid container? Any detailed maps or images would be great or other advice!!
