Can I 'Glue' the loose exhaust? 200

So the pipe going from the first muffler to the second muffler developed a small rust crack along the top of the pipe where it goes into the rear muffler - the result of which is that you can't tighten the clamp sufficiently to keep the pipe attached. The rest of the exhaust system is fine. Could I use a product like JB Weld to glue the pipe to the muffler? My concern, of course, is heat. The glue product has to stand up to the high temp.
