940 airbox thermostat?

Does a 940 turbo have an airbox thermostat and if so, where is it? Just found my air mass meter is fried, so am buying a rebuilt one from fcp groton. Says you have to buy the airbox thermostat, so where is it, and how do you get to it to change it out? thanks for any advice, JJ
