91 940 Turbo--Oil in the Radiator--- 900 1991

I've been having Check Engine Light problems with the 1-2-3 code so I flushed the radiator and changed the thermostat and found OIL in my radiator. What do I do now?
Is this an indication of Turbo trouble? Generally speaking I watch my Coolant reservoir decrease in level steadily every 300 miles till the point it goes down 1/4 to 1/8 water coolant reservoir Height.

This is on my prized 1991 Volvo 940 Turbo with 170,000 miles...

I'm surmising the Oilis coming from the Turbo, but not having much experience with them, I'm not sure what this means...
