Chirping sound at idle similar to belt noise 700 1990

I have a 1990 740 Turbo 4spd Auto. It has just had 180,000 mile service, and I asked that they inspect a belt-like chirping sound. They replaced all the belts but the sound remains. They claim it is the Turbo bearing. The noise goes away with the very slightest increase in throttle, and sometimes disappears if the car is in N. Prevalent if car is in D, as it idles at a slightly lower RPM than N. Thanks in advance for any replies!
