I'm in the same boat. I tried tightening up the fit between Al and plastic there as advised by someone on this board. It worked, kind of. It still leaks though. I'm going to try to pinpoint the leak site a little better and crimp it again. Then comes the epoxy.

Mine is a Nissens also and was less than two years old when it started leaking. What color cap is on your expansion tank? You should run the lower pressure cap and see if it slows down the leak.

If I have success patching mine, I'll post on here.
