ive compared the 240 calipers to the 140, besides the obviose width diference, and metric threads the only other difference is the mounting hole size is diferent. you would have to redrill the 240 calipers to make them fit.
if brake fade is a concern? you might want to go with a better pad. pbr ultimate ceramic, portfield rs4, kvr. kvr also makes gas slotted and crossdriled rotors for the 140, they are pricy though, about twice as much as bremo's.
the fiber glass spoiler are a 140 thing. the 240 and 740 spoiler will fit since you have commando bumpers. just have to trim some off the back edges. oh and drill holes in the bumper. best of luck
