euro lighting upgrades 700

I recently installed euro lights on my 1987 765ti, they are not soo bright!!! i wasnt to upgrade the bulbs, but the selection of super bright H4's is limited where i am, i have heard rumors that 9003 bulbs and H4's are the same, is this true b/c if so , i have a lot more options

on a side note, does anybody have any experience with sylvania's "Silverstars"

or what is the brightest bulb out there
