I'm got a problem on my car where the clutch is engaged even when the key is turned off. The best way to test (without any digital clocks) is to pull the negative battery cable off, and put it back on while watching the pulley. If it moves ans goes "Clang" you got the same problem. If anyone knows what part I should start look at, i'd be helpful. Don't be afraid to use technical terms because I'm well acquianted with electrical systems.
