760 Drivers Power Seat Control Problems 700

My '89 765T Drivers power seat control unit is acting up. The seat goes back and forth, and the seat back reclines, but the two raise/lower controls do not work. I have cleaned the switches, and removed and looked at the back of the control unit head for breaks as per the 700/900 FAQs, but see none.

So now what to do? If I take the control head apart will I find something ? Can I "jump" these switches to power the seat into a more normal position? Is there a manual way to adjust it? Or do I need a new control head???

Thanks!

Cory
