Periodic misses 200 1982

My 240 has been stumbling lately. It's more of a miss. Occassionally feels like the trasmsission is downshifting. Idle is a bit rough.

I've tried to carefully restore the harness. It had a bad case of dry rot.

I did notice that the injectors seemed very loose in the manifold. I snugged the holddown bolts but they are still loose.

Any ideas?
