Radio Error code just changed...what could this mean? 200

I took the battery out of the 93 245 to clean the terminals and when I put it back in, the radio was flashing Code EEE....Not knowing the correct code, I put in the code given to me by another brickboarder which did not seem to work. After about 4 attempts, the radio flashed ERROR instead of the Code EEE and won't permit any entry of digits. What gives and how do I restore the radio's funcioning, hoping not to get dealer involved. They tend to irritate the crap out of me for a variety of reasons. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

JBeechcraft
