Removing side badge 120-130

hello,

the badge on the front fenders has two mounting posts, that are secured from behind with little locking washers that press onto the posts from behind. i have removed them by gently prying the badge from the outside, concentrating my effort around the posts. mine were the earlier script style (3 posts?), not the shield. Chances are they will bend or at least the posts might. if your paint is good you might scratch it. The shield style badge has posts centered at the top and bottom.

the better way would be to remove the locking washers from the inside of the fender if you can get to them.

good luck.
