Tranny in properly, engine barely cranks and..... 200 1982

I just tried starting car and my battery was completely dead and i had it unplugged while i worked on it. So i had bud give a jump but engine would only crank. While trying to start it developed a fuel leak at both ends of fuel line from fuel reg on airbox and come out in front airbox black air bag under intake man. to a sensor/regulator in front of air box. Tried to start it again this morning but battery was completely dead again. What is draining the battery and why is fuel leaking outta 2 ends of that line????
