With AC off... my windows fog up 200

It appears to be the case with my 91 240 that when I shut off the A/C on a hot day, after a while the windows all fog up. I am guessing the condensed water isn't leaving the heater box that well. Is there any way I could flush out this thing? I checked the drain hose form the heater box... pulled it out and it was perfectly dry and clean. I am guessing something is blocking it inside the box. Could I dump some water into it and flush it out? Are there any easy access holes to put this water in somewhere? Can the drain hole in the tranny tunnel be accessed with a shopvac hose, or is the tranny blocking it?

Kevin
