Red-Tek A/C Refill 900

I'm about to try and revive the A/C on my 1994 945t. I am going to do some checking to ensure that the compressor is coming on, but I also suspect that the refrigerant is low. I bought a can of Red-Tek refrigerant as well as an R134 adapter. I have yet to try to re-charge the system. Does anyone have any experience with this product?
