I am now the owner of a RUNNING volvo !!! 700

we bought this thing from a friend last june for 25 bucks. i was away at school and worked on it when i was back home for visits. exams ended and i new it was now or never. carquest could retire on what i spent

accessory belts, coolant hoses, ngk plugs, wires, dizzy cap and rotor, headlights, pulled off old exhaust(still need to replace), starter, water pump, radiator, cam seal, motor oil, timing gasket, timing belts, remove nasty old gas and still have a list of odds and ends

but the radiator went on today and i fired her up. idles nicely at 1000 rpm in park for a car not been started since may of 2002. feels good, now i can post about problems with my working volvo. this board has helped so much. i will try and make a donation when things are not so tight

benjamin
