Tip on 960 (MAYBE OTHERS) power windows 900

The windows on the passenger side have always slowed about 1/2 way down and at that point the door panel would also push out.I would usually not lower them past that point due to stress on the motor.
I finally figured how to fix mine. With the door panel off I could see where it would start to bind.1'st roll the window back up then pull the window felt from the channel it sits in and widen the channel just a bit, front and rear, reinstall felt and soak with silicon spray. The windows now go down effortlessly.Just a tip, dave
