Finally - the brick is fixed ! Wahooooooooooo ! 700 1986

After many painful and vane attempts to get the brick running the way it should be I actually did the RTFM thing and now the Car runs like a clock. I STRONGLY Sugeest that anyone who is having performance issues and has no fault codes to clean the TB as in the instructions. I now have a Volvo that runs like brand new. The turbo kicks in and the car takes off like 1 F16, it's UNREAL !
