Here we go again! 200 1990

I now believe my VolVolina loves me. I know because someone else drove her, and she's now mad. She shows her anger by dropping idle while running, the oil pressure gauge would drop to around just above 2 BAR. Then she cut out and died. I apologized and tried to explain to her that I couldn't avoid lending her out. She wouldn't listen. So I got out the bently and tried to read her mind (OBD) but to no avail. So I disconnected the AMM and she started up. I shut her down and reconnected it - she ran fine all the way home with the AMM connected. She still drops idle and oil pressure at times, like when I shift gears.
Just in case you've all forgotten, I've changed the:
Main Fuel Pump
Plugs
Cap
Rotor
Fuel relay
Cleaned throttle body
Changed Crank Position sensor

I suspect there is a problem with the fuel air mixture. Any advice on occasional stalling at low speed would be appreciated.
I love my gal. I don't want to sell her. My dad is pushing to get rid of her since I seem to be under the car more than in her.
