1980 244 DL headlight issues(high /low beams 200

Hello!
I have recently aquired a 2nd owner 80 244 DL w/ 234k on it in pretty decent condition.. especially mechanically.. uses no oil whatsoever in a 6 hour trip to bring it back home. The big issue w/ the car is the low beams work... but when you flip to the high beams, only the right inner light works.I have cleaned all grounds to bare metal, replaced the relay w/ a OEM Volvo one, replaced the high/low beam switch and still nothing.Would the headlamp on/off switch have anything to do w/ it?It's the only thing I haven't repaced as of yet.Are these like the rectangle headlamp Volvo and all 4 headlamps should turn on when switched onto high beam?.I have tried to find this out but havent had much luck as there are VERY few of the round headlight 240's out there.. especially in this neck of the woods. If anyone could give me any insight on this... if they have a "full functioning" quad round headlight 240.. to help me get her straightened out.i'm restoring her and this is really the only issue the car has that has me wondering what is up. Your help will be greatly appricated. Thanks so much!
Sincerely,
Rob
