ABS Light Intermittent 900

Our 95 940 Turbo wagon has 95K miles and the ABS Light is coming on from time to time. Today it happened 3 times. Each time I turned off the car and then restarted it and the light was off.

Reading through the FAQs, I think I should clean the ABS sensors at the front wheels and the reluctor wheels, but I have no idea what these look like (a picture would be great). Can anybody provide details to help me identify these 2 parts and clean them? Does the rotor have to come off first to get to them? Is there something else I should be looking at?
