Klaus,
There is a guy in West VA selling his 780 piece by piece NOW on ebay. The front air dam is on. Last I checked I think it was at $100. You should definately be able to get it below list. His interior is tan. If that's the same color, you could pick up some stuff there. Just don't bid on the stuff I'm trying to get : )

I'm sure your wood trim needs refinishing. You can do that yourself...I did. Just strip it and go back with clear varnish (I used Minwas Urethane Spar Varnish). I suggest you buy a used set of the dash pieces and refinish them in advance then swap them out so you don't have to keep the dash torn apart for a week. Let me know if I can help in any way.
