940 misfiring 900

I have a 1992 940 GL non turbo the engine idle rough. The #4 plug is not firing, After installing new plugs I removed them several days late and the #4 plug was clean no carbon deposits. I have a spark from the wire. The car has good pickup. I cleaned the IAC, throttle body, and flame trap. I checked for vaccum leaks. I changed the #4 fuel injector didn't help. Has anyone seen or had this problem?
