Removing wax from black trim ... ideas? 200

It seemed that I got some wax or some type of cleaning material on the black (non-smooth) portion of the long center trim piece immediately above the rear bumper. I'm trying all sorts of things to get rid of the white residue that appears to be remaining on it.

Anyone know of any tricks to get rid of these stains?
