The guy on Ebay is real nice, unfortunately two others are already bidding and there are seven more days left!
The moon roof is fixed! Well, not new but back in position. Seems prior owner didn't put it back right - the two plastic guides on either side were installed above the track instead of in the groove on the side of the track. Aaarrrgh. The 740 FAQ helped because the wind deflector caught the roof and bending the metal strips fixed that. It's raining again so we will find out pretty soon if it stays dry.
How did you know about my cracked wood trim? The varnish is cracked and I will fix it, but it is on the bottom of my endless list. Thanks for the tips.
