I spotted a 1984 242 Turbo for sale, and thought someone might be interested, as my Wife says I can't have it! She has drawn the line at three Volvos in the driveway, which I guess I can understand.

Anyway, it is Blue, Automatic, nice Virgo Wheels, New Brakes, about 250K miles, and I think had a Sunroof. It was behind a barbed wire fence so I could not get a great look at it, but what I could see looked very decent, with only minor wear and tear...no rust.

I spoke to the owner on the phone who said it was his daughters car for 12 years, and it has had a new engine at one point, and several replacement turbos. He said it runs and drives, but the turbo is gunked up....I am not sure what that means, but that is what he told me! He is asking $800 for it.

His name is Vincent, and his number is (253) 630-7644, which is just east of Kent Washington.....Washington State...
