Does anyone know if its possible to convert non power seats to power IE,

My 760 has power seat's, i found praticly brand new non power seat's at the local pick apart yard, is it possible to take all the power item's from my current seat's and put them into the non power seat's i now have in my garage?

Both are leather and i pulled the entire track with the seat's from the yard, i have yet to remove the seat's in my 760 nor have i put the engine in it so you can see there is no huge hurry and even doing it so if possible and someone had specific instruction ill have the time to follow them.
