Still Cuts-Out, Especially on Wife, Need Tips 900 2003

OK, here's what happens, at redlight during take-off, she'll sputter and maybe stall but no power if she doesn't stall. Sometimes she'll cut out while driving down the road under no or light throttle. Never happened under full or near full throttle as best I can tell. I've been thinking the TPS. I went through the procedure for setting up switch, cleaned the throttle, etc. per the Volvo book. Car seemed much better off idle, thought I had it. Drove it myself last night and all day, she ran like a top. Wife hopped in and went 6 blocks and it acted up. Thinking I ought to buy a TPS (or a car) tomorrow.

Put in a new fuel injection relay (cause I had one). The eleven year old one looked fine when I opened it up (it'll be the spare). The flywheel sensor (RPM pick-up is exactly 2 years old, Volvo OEM), the ignition amplifier is also 2 years old (from chasing the last intermittant hassle). And, it's a Regina set-up. Yes I'm studying the FAQ. Also, no codes stored. Thinking flywheel sensor gets swapped out after TPS, because the last one failed without a code. Give me your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Mike
