Just how tight should the oil drain plug be 200

I have a 1988 Volvo 244 DL M47 that I change my own oil on. When I change my oil I just get it snug with the wrench and then give it another half turn. Someone told me in not using a torque wrench, I'm asking for trouble. Well they got my attention! So, just how tight should the bolt be? What is your method?
Thanks and Happy bricking!
