Rough idle 700 1986

My 1986 740T with B230 engine idles roughly once it warms up.
(Tach needle is very jumpy....)
Throttle body has been cleaned.
If I engage A/C, idle speed goes up slightly, and it appears to even out.
Normal idle speed is around 750-800, with A/C it's about 1000.

Any other ideas ?
