Safe and proper lifting points on the 240 ?

I got tired of the those little flimsy trolly jacks that bind and twist under load and can't raise the car adequately. I recently purchased a set of heavy duty floor jack and jack stands rated at 3.5 tons each, the jack goes from 5-3/4 to 20 inches - it was on sale for about $100 at Sears.

If I wanted to raise all four corners what are lifting points and what are the jack stand locations to use (pics would be awesome but description will work too) ? hopefully I can lift one end at a time. I need to get the car high up so I can do some transmission work with relative ease.
