Mystery Toggle Switches 1800

so i was looking through my original vovlo owners manual to find out what these 2 mystery toggle switches are and low and behold! they're not listed!!! i have 2 switches directly to the right of the brake warning lamplight on the dash (located on the left side of the steering wheel the order is: 1. wipers 2. Headlights 3.? 4?)....are these stock? any idea what they are? they dont seem to do anything when flipped when the car is running.....hmm
