Driver side Relay's 700 1990

Does anyone know about the 2 little square realys on the driver side by where your left foot would be. What are they for and what are they called. Apparently mine are by bosch and when speaking to the Dealer over the phone they are telling me that they don't know what thier purpose is. In fact, I was told the 10 digit number that I seeing is not right and should be a 7 digit number.

This is a bit confusing. Anyways, I would appreciate any suggestions.
