engine has to be started a second time after stalling when cold. S90-V90 1997

I have a 1987 240 that did the same thing. turned out to be the Airmass meter. The checkvalve being bad would cause it to take a long time to start the first time ,like ater sitting all night, bleed down, but after it starts the first time it will fire right up. On the 240's, as with most volvos the checkvalve is the last thing before the fuel line heads to the engine.
