electric fan wiring 200

Hello all,

I'm wiring an electric fan on my kid's 92 244. I need a 25amp circuit to get juice to the fan. Anything suitable in the engine compartment that will work? Do I need to fuse this power lead (I'm guessing that I do)? I want the fan "on" all the time when the engine is running. My daughter doesn't look at any gauges other than the stereo! The car has been getting hot when the A/C is on while idling in traffic. Put in a new thermostat and just changed out the crummy radiator the shop put in after her first wreck. She's had two.
By the way, an 84 front end fits nicely on a 92. Only little difference is the area where the hood meets the cowling(?) in front of the windshield. Lighting up ahead on the road is much better with the four lamp setup. Thanks for any help you guys and gals can offer.
