M41 wont disengage 120-130

Hello, I have this J-type M41 attached to my new motor and I cannot get the clutch to disengage. When I first started to run the car it would go into gear, but it was very difficult. Now, after only an around the block run, it will not go into any gear but 4th, and even then it is very stiff. I have the hydraulic clutch nightmare on this car, freshly bled, and adjusted fully out. It seems to have maximum travel, but I do not have that "over the center" feeling in the pedal like I am fully pushing in the pressure plate. Of course, it is happy to go in gear with the engine off, and it does not seem to roll or make any sound with the clutch out.

It is a mystery to me...

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Josh
