Coolant drain on b230F 200 1991

Anyone else here had the problem of draining coolant on a B230F? In the Bentley manual it shows a draincock-(I think that's what they call it) on the side of the engine block but I have not seen an engine yet with this feature (I have looked at 4 other 240 models 86-92) so I am stuck with having to drain by loosening the lower hose (radiator) into a low profile drain pan.If this is supposed to be there where can I get one? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
