loose wheel and clunk noise? 200

hello
just installed a true trac lsd in my 242 turbo with the help of an experienced mechanic which helped me check the back lash and make sure it was in check. everything went fine. Now when you push on the top of my right rear tire it feels a bit loose and when you push hard enough you will hear/feel a metal clunk. What do i need to replace to fix this. I have not noticed any noises or vibrations from the rear when driving

I have heard the axle bearing/seal and also bushings. which is it?

thanks
