Differential Drain Plug 120-130

I just discovered that the differential on my 1969 123 GT has no drain plug. I have no idea if it is the original differential, but I suspect that it is.

I also have no idea how long it has been since the differential fluid has been changed and want to do so. How do I drain the fluid without a drain plug? I guess I can pull the inspection cover. Any advice on doing so?

Thanks for your help.

Jerry
