Brown and shiny M47 oil 200

Two weeks ago, I put in a M47 in my car. I had taken the 5-gear of it apart and found out that there are 2 bearings that could be 'adjusted'. I shimmed it up till my satisfaction, and put the thing back together.

To clean the tranny internally first, I put sopme 10W30 motor oil in and drove around for a week, done 500km or so. Then changed the motor oil to ATF oil from my local dealer (who said this oil was even better then the type F, being the reason the used it aswell)

Tranny shifts much better now, and also a bit quiter, big difference.

But to the point: when draining the 10W30 motoroil, I found it brown and had some shinny coper bits in it (synchromesh I gues). Also the magnetic drain plug was quite full of metal bits, varying from fine to very very fine I would say. I did flush the tranny after putting it back together, so would this stuff all be from the 500km I did with it? And would this be worrysome?
