Help, I Need Somebody...Help, not just Anybody...Help You know I need someone Tranny Leak 200 1990

It's alright to sing, provided you know the words. Anyway

I've sprung a leak in the transmission cooling lines right on a twin holding bracket/clamp adjacent to the manifold down pipe. With the clamp on, it oozes out and burns on the exhaust. Without the clamp, I can see the pinhole with the transmission fluid under pressure squirting out. Any ideas for an easy fix. I don't have the flare tools or tubing cutter to refit a new section of tubing to cut out the old. Should this entire line be replaced? Thanks everyone for your help.
