Air cond cluch keeps turning after shutdown - bad clutch ?? 900

It is hot in AL. My wifes 94 940 air is cooling fine - but after it runs a spell and is shut down - the clutch continues to turn - making quite a bit of noise. At least I am pretty sure it is the clutch. It is the part right at the end of the compressor that looks to have three circle weights on it.

I read the faq's and it leads me to think that it might be a relay or fuse - rather than the clutch itself. Freon must be good as it cools great.

Am I on the right track? Any other hints or things to look for?

Thanks for the help.
