Check engine light driving me nuts 200

Good morning,

The check engine light on my daughters 92 244 continues to harrass me. The computer shows me a code 2-1-2; faulty O2 sensor. I've replaced the sensor with the OE Boesch unit (for a buck twenty!), and reset the computer twice. Still comes on after a few minutes. The sensor that I pulled out had less than 5k on it. What gives? The car is running strong, but the light is pissing me off. Any ideas on what the problem could be are greatly appreciated.
Have a great Saturday. Thanks.

Eric
