Hi All,
I'm still working on reconstructing the 1967 Amazon I purchased a while
back. I have a question regarding the front cowl section of the Amazon.
http://www.engr.uconn.edu/~milone/pics/front_cowl/nopatch.JPG is what I have
currently for a front cowl. Note I have the top piece which is cut out...
I'm wondering how the original sheet metal was which is now missing. Was it
like this
http://www.engr.uconn.edu/~milone/pics/front_cowl/fender_rail_patch.JPG or
like this
http://www.engr.uconn.edu/~milone/pics/front_cowl/sheetmetal_patch.JPG
meaning a piece of sheet metal cut to fit the entire missing section. This
Amazon has become a never ending project!!!
Cheers,
GiL
