760T Running Rich?? 700 1990

90 760T 198K miles. My brick emits black smoke on hard acceleration. Never any blue smoke.....Is it running rich for sure? What are some possible culprits? O2 Sensor?

It idles and runs smooth and evenly with no misfires or hesitation....ever....Gas mileage with premium runs 18 - 20 mpg (90% city driving)

It is leaking oil in a couple of locations: Distributor seals (ordered) Rear main seal - (I'm pretty sure - ouch!) and at turbo return pipe flange/turbo.

Any information is greatly appreicated.
