Fixing The Horn? 700

I need to get the horn on my 740 turbo fixed in order to pass inspection. what happened was the fuse box shorted and melted the fuse that the horn is connected to. the idiots at firestone broke it off and a bunch of electrical stuff wont work (like the heat) if that certain chunk of fuse box that they broke off is out.l but i can fit it back into the fuse box fine and then everything works ok. the other thing is that he says the horn wont work due to the fuse, but the wipers (i think its the wipers) are connected to the same fuse as the horn and they are working jsut fine. think i just need to replace the old corroded horn? is there an easier way to fix the horn? im looking for minimum repair expense because i need to spruce up my beloved 740 wagon before i send her on her way to a second owner. i just need it to pass inspection
