240 DL wagon owner, so far I'm at 205,000 and no problems. I had the good fortune to get a car that has had EVERY oil change and needed maintenance done almost regliously (they even gave me all the record to prove this... a 2 in. thick file!) One thing I will say about the 240.. it seems to have a very finicky steering system (only speaking from personal experience w/ three similar models)... either they're out of alignment or just plain not driving straight most of the time. I still love it though!
