Seat reconstruction - Lumbar revamped 200

I posted a picture of my broken Lumbar support here:
http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=801030

The wires were intact, but the plastic was in many places. Rather than spend the 25$ and wait for IPD to ship me a new one, I used copious amounts of silicone adhesive to glue the pieces onto a scrap piece of wood sitting around the house. and re mounted it, with a piece of cardboard in-between the mechanism and the foam. The adjustment knob doesn't make as much of a difference, since the pressure is dispersed over more of the chair, but at least it doesn't feel like the back is falling out anymore. The cardboard also protects the foam. The old mechanism had started to cause tears in the foam around it's perimeter.

You can also see in the top-right corner where I used Goop to fill a tear that seemed too big for spray adhesive.
